The NVRH Clinical Education team is seeking a dedicated and experienced Central Clinical Nurse Educator to support optimal patient outcomes through staff development and education across multiple clinical departments. This evening-shift role is crucial in promoting clinical excellence, mentoring nursing staff, and fostering evidence-based practice throughout the organization.}}

_{^{Key Responsibilities:}}

_{^{Develop, deliver, and evaluate organization-wide and unit-specific education programs}}
_{^{Serve as a clinical resource and role model during evening shifts}}
_{^{Conduct research to identify and implement best practices}}
_{^{Provide ongoing clinical support and education to nursing staff}}
_{^{Utilize adult learning principles, simulation technology, and learning management platforms}}
_{^{Perform additional duties as assigned}}

_{^{Required Qualifications}}

_{^{Current Vermont Registered Nurse or Compact RN license required.}}
_{^{Current AHA BLS certification; ACLS and PALS provider/instructor certification (or within one year)}}
_{^{Master's degree or enrollment in an education, nursing, or other healthcare-related Master's program with completion within two years}}
_{^{Minimum of 3 years of recent clinical nursing experience in acute care or relevant specialty}}
_{^{Strong ability to coach, mentor, and motivate nursing staff}}
_{^{Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills}}
_{^{Availability to consistently work evenings, with flexibility for other shifts as needed}}

_{^{Preferred Qualifications}}

_{^{Experience in curriculum development and simulation-based learning}}
_{^{Background in central education roles or multi-unit education}}
_{^{Familiarity with quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and patient safety initiatives}}
_{^{Proficiency with educational technologies and learning management systems}}
_{^{Demonstrated experience mentoring or precepting nursing staff}}
