Providence Medical Group - Eastern Washington is seeking a highly skilled full time Nurse Practitioner to join our Nephrology team in Spokane, WA. As an ambulatory Nephrology Nurse Practitioner, you will provide specialized care to adult patients in an outpatient setting. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the care team to address patient care gaps, team-based care for evaluation and management of new and established patients and triaging referrals based on urgency and acuity. The ideal candidate will have prior Nurse Practitioner experience, preferably in diabetes, cardiology, internal medicine, nephrology, and/or ICU. RN experience in the ICU or nephrology unit is a plus. Strong nephrology expertise and the ability to work independently within a care team model are essential for this role.
2 to 5 years of Nurse Practitioner experience is required, prior Nurse Practitioner experience in diabetes, cardiology, internal medicine, nephrology, ICU is preferred
RN experience in the ICU or nephrology unit also a plus
Monday to Friday position with flexible working hours, 4x10s or 5x8s

Compensation is between $120,711 and $158,354 per year
The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.
