Nurse Practitioner (Palliative Care)
The Nurse Practitioner (Palliative Care ) would provide services on the Palliative Care Service which includes the Palliative care inpatient unit, the inpatient consult team, occasionally the outpatient clinic practice. The clinical provider is responsible for supporting and coordinating comprehensive interdisciplinary palliative care assessment, management, and bereavement for older veterans. Basic Requirements: United States Citizenship: Non-citizens may only be appointed when it is not possible to recruit qualified citizens in accordance with VA Policy. English Language Proficiency.
