Work Hours/Shifts:

FT 3-11:30pm  

You Will Be Responsible For:

• Makes decisions reflecting knowledge of facts, of diseases/surgical conditions, care required and good judgment
• Maintains thorough and complete record of each patient's procedure according to established standard of care
• Knows available supplies and equipment and their use within the OR suite
• Prepares and maintains sterile and non-sterile supplies and equipment
• Acts as preceptor when needed

What You Will Need:

• ASN degree
• Current GA RN license
• Current BLS
• One year of general nursing experience in an acute care setting required with 1 year in the circulating and scrub position preferred
• ACLS within 3 months of hire
• PALS within 6 months of hire
• CNOR preferred

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse is responsible for the delivery of coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients on the unit and for the day-to-day management and supervision of related clinical activities.
