The Mental Health Treatment Coordinator Registered Nurse provides care and counseling of persons while promoting the maintenance of health and prevention of illness and injury based on systematic data gathering, assessment, appropriate nursing judgement and evaluation of human response to actual or potential health problems. He/she provides services such as case finding, health teaching, health counseling, and provision of care supportive to restorative life and well-being.
