The Community Based Outpatient Clinic in Vinita, Oklahoma, is currently recruiting for one full-time Nurse to serve within the Primary Care Department. The primary purpose of these positions are to provide direct patient care and care coordination, as it pertains, to patients and their care within the Primary Care Department while assigned as a Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT). The RN reports directly to the Primary Care Nurse Manager.
