The BridgeWay is currently seeking a dynamic nursing professional to join our team. Position Purpose: The Registered Nurse is a proficient nursing leader and integral member of the multidisciplinary team who has developed expertise in an expanded RN role within a specific unit/shift setting. This position will be working our child/adolescent population. The RN is responsible for the routine functioning of the unit on his/her assigned shift. The RN is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and coordinating patient care from admission to discharge. The RN is responsible for assisting with the achievement of patient outcomes in accordance with the missions of the hospital.
