Consider this full-time Director of Obstetrics opportunity where you'll manage all operations of the department, including budget, staffing, and supervision of the nursing and tech staff. Responsibilities include maintaining adequate staffing levels with qualified and experienced staff trained to deliver safe and quality service within their scope of practice, as well as comply with organizational policies and procedures, and federal, state, and local guidelines. The Director supervises 20 full-time and 6 PRN (as needed) staff members with an average monthly delivery rate of 40 and 35 outpatients. There is an average daily census of 4.
Compensation for this position includes competitive pay, annual variable pay bonus, director-level benefits, cell phone stipend, relocation and sign-on bonus.
The qualified candidate will have a current Colorado RN License, minimum of 3 years’ experience working in an Obstetrics Department, leadership experience, and current BLS, STABLE, and NRP certifications.
