Works with the Operations Manager to provide leadership assistance to the Pediatric departments. Responsible for the day-to-day operational
activities, human resources management, patient safety, and performance improvement, as well as all regulatory requirements.
Manages nursing personnel and daily operational related activities in assigned clinic area using diverse skills in leadership,
communication, human resource and financial management. Collaborates with nonclinical support services to assure adherence
to the requirements mandated by JCAHO, Department of Health, Quality Improvement and Infection Control.
Meets the qualifications to provide care for patients in the specific age range on their assigned clinical area.
Performs duties to support the goals and objectives of the Medical Center in its efforts to provide quality patient care and patient satisfaction.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Registered Nurse licensure in the state of Pennsylvania required.
BSN or health care related Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years Pediatric experience required.
Minimum of 2 years previous management/leadership experience required.
Physician relations experience required.
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Work is typically performed in a clinical office environment. Standing for long periods of time, lifting may be involved in job duties.
