Providence is calling a Patient Care Coordinator (Radiation Oncology, Day Shift, 0.5 FTE) to Providence St. Patrick Hospital in Missoula, Montana. We are a community of caregivers delivering every day on our Mission to provide compassionate care that is accessible for all - especially those who are poor and vulnerable.
In this position you will:
Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and coordinate treatment plans.
Assess, collaborate and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs and readiness for discharge with other members of the care team.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Graduate of an approved school of nursing
Current licensure in the state of Montana as a Registered Nurse (RN)
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers Certification
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Experience in an Oncology setting
